Pete Buttigieg for President in 2028?

At 43, Pete Buttigieg has hinted at retirement but left the door open for a potential return—perhaps even a presidential run. Imagine that: a non-billionaire under 80 in the race. What a refreshing concept. Buttigieg champions abolished the Electoral College, restored voting rights for felons who’ve served their time, and prioritized election security. As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, he represents a historic milestone—no openly gay man has come this far in American politics. No draft dodger - he was an intelligence officer and lieutenant in the Navy - served our country proudly... so I ask: why not?
