  My Open Letter to President Trump: If you're truly "pissed" at Putin and considering heavy sanctions--don't hesitate. Do it. Crush Putin, and your popularity will skyrocket. Forget Iran. Forget Putin. You know you want to. Russia and Iran are allies - the new axis of evil, and now is the time to bring hellfire down on them. This could be your "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall" moment. Imagine the legacy--Putin overthrown, a turning point in history with your name on it. I once spoke to Republican New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu (photo below--don’t mind my cross-eyed look). Yes, I like some Republicans--Sununu, for instance, is sharp and always great on Real Time with Bill Maher. When I asked him about Putin, his response was simple: "We need to step on his throat."
